Ciao estudente italiano o italiana :) Vi presentiamo la nostra famiglia: We are a small, friendly, flexible and cheerful family: Perry, Rosa, Santiago and Baby Mu. Perry is the dad of the house, he is from Nottingham, he is a business graduated, he is a Spanish and English teacher; Rosa is the mum, she is from Colombia, she is a lawyer, a Life Coach, and also teaches Spanish, Yoga, Pilates and Zumba. Santiago is the son, he was born in 2011, in Nottingham, so he is half English and half Colombian. He likes to play the guitar, Minecraft and Roblox. Santiago is calm and friendly; last but not least is Baby Mu, the pet of the house a sweet Chihuahua that will announce the post man and any visitors. Baby Mu sleeps most of the day and like to be caressed. Baby mu is kind and very cute. We love to cook and feel our students welcome. We want you to take advantage of your experience and live it to the full. We will give you a key to come from work and relax and eat with us or go out with your friends and explore Nottingham. We are freelance, we teach English and Spanish. We spend lots of time at home because of our work but also because Santiago is homeschool. So you can count on us!. We like to play board games, watch movies or go to the countryside . Sometimes we have other students from other countries to the Italians students we host. We are very happy to teach you English and Spanish in a fun way and with lots of activities and games. We love to help you out in anything you need. Come and stay with us . We are close to town and it is easy to get there. Come and have fun!!!!

We are : Perry, born in Nottingham, English and Spanish teacher co - director of Spanish Solutions Nottingham. Rosa, born in Colombia, she has lived in England 21 years, she teaches Spanish, English, Yoga and Zumba. Santiago is our son, born in 2011, he is a nice, pleasant boy, he loves to talk to the students. Baby Mu ????, our chihuahua who is 6 years old but looks like he is 1 year old. He never grow up! :) He is friendly and super cute

Description

Our house is welcoming. Your room is nicely organised, so you have a lovely experience. We have a front and back gardens that the students use at any time. We are in the ideal neighborhood close to the city centre, 5 minutes or less from home you can get the bus to go to town. In our area there are lots of places to have a coffee, like Costa, restaurants cafes and supermarkets, only 2 minutes walking from our house. There are a couple of nice parks you and your friends or with us at the weekend . Maybe if you choose your job near by you can go for a walk at lunch time and enjoy the space and the greenery by yourself or with another of the students working in Mapperley or Sherwood areas . We have also a classroom where we have taught Spanish and English to thousands of the students in the last 20 years with our company Spanish Solutions Nottingham. Stayin our house is well located close but not to close to town so you can easily go and explore Nottingham City Centre, The Nottingham Castel, Sherwood Forrest, and lots of nice restaurants and cafes and have lots of FUN :)

In our house we have a great WIFI so all of us can use it at the same time, we have a TV in the living room, so, you can use it at any time. We have 3 toilets, 2 showers, kitchen, garden at the front and at the back, in the second floor we have 4 rooms, including the attic. In the ground floor we have a classroom and a room for 2 more .

Your curfew time it is decided by your school or by the agency. We want you to enjoy your stay and explore Nottingham as much as you can. If you want to go out in the evening, we are happy you do, if you want to stay, we are happy too. It is your experience. Enjoy it !

Local Amenities Description

Mapperley is our neighborhood, it has the perfect balance of quiet and business. It has a great atmosphere and it is easy to access, you just need one bus to go to the centre, it also has lots of shops and cafes 5 minutes from our house on foot. It has two nice parks you can go by foot for a walk or just to see and enjoy the fresh air with friends or family. There are 2 gyms very close by. You can go swimming, lift weights, do a class : Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, etc. You can do a spinning class. In the Nottingham city centre you can go to play Crazy Golf, Bowling, Laser Tag, go Karting, visit the Galleries of Justice, Nottingham Castle, and go to the cinema. All these activities need to be pay by the students and are not included in the cost of hosting.
