We have a four bedroomed detached house with a separate annexe bed/sitting room with en-suite. We also have a large garden and are a 5 minute walk to bus stops and our small town (Kimberley) - 25 mins by bus from Nottingham.

My husband (Andrew) and I are both homely and enjoy having guests in our home. We eat food from a variety of countries. We both love gardening, entertaining, reading, walking and our social lives. We have 2 grown up children who we love very much.

Homely 4/5 bedroomed detached house. We love hosting students and it gives us the opportunity to use our English Language exams to allow students to improve their English in a comfortable environment. Happy to give English lessons. Included in the price, to speak about work or anything you like, to make sure the host engages professionally specifying what time to start the sessions, to make sure the students don't run out or off to their rooms.
These individual lessons may be done in the morning or afternoon, suggested times are 9.30 am to 10.30 am , half hour break, and again 11.00 am to 12.00 am from Monday to Friday.

Included in the price the Host will do something with the Student Guest. There are no restrictions not to have the Host do the same things week after week. Typical activities are: day out with the family, visit to town, shopping, cooking..

We will have a warm welcome for you at the specified point for our area or upon direct agreement, it might be at a stop along the airport shuttle/bus connection or at the train station.

Normally on a Sunday I offer students the opportunity to visit tourist areas nearby such as Wollaton Park and Newstead Abbey. I can fit other visits in around opening hours and hours that students work.
