My husband and I will make you feel very welcome in our semi-detached home. We have an 8 year old Black Labrador dog, called Hollie,she is very friendly and lives in the house with us, but she is not allowed upstairs. We have a good sized garden too

Included in the price the Host will do something with the Student Guest. There are no restrictions not to have the Host do the same things week after week. Typical activities are: day out with the family, visit to town, shopping, cooking..
Every afternoon and weekend day we will go visiting and doing activities together. The cost will be shared among our Student Guests. If you work part-time, we can arrange according to your work schedule, if you are going to have classes with us, we will have these in the morning, and do these activities in the afternoons.

I spent my first week in England with a truly lovely host couple who made me feel welcome and at ease from the very first moment. They were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. Not only did they take me grocery shopping, but they also brought me to some beautiful local places for a few extra purchases, making the experience feel even more personal and special. During the weekend, they offered to take me on a small tour of the city, which helped me get to know my surroundings better and made me feel more connected to the place. Their home was clean, comfortable and peaceful, and the food they prepared was delicious — always made with care and attention. This family played an important role in helping me settle into a new country with confidence and positivity. I’m truly grateful for their warmth and generosity, and I’ll always have fond memories of my time with them. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a kind and supportive first landing in the UK! Ho trascorso la mia prima settimana in Inghilterra con una coppia davvero adorabile, che mi ha fatta sentire accolta e a mio agio fin dal primo momento. Erano incredibilmente gentili e premurosi, sempre attenti a ogni mia necessità . Non solo mi hanno accompagnata a fare la spesa, ma mi hanno anche portata in alcuni luoghi bellissimi per fare qualche acquisto extra, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più personale e speciale. Durante il weekend, si sono offerti di farmi visitare la città , aiutandomi a orientarmi meglio e a sentirmi parte del posto. La casa era pulita, confortevole e molto tranquilla, e il cibo che preparavano era delizioso, sempre cucinato con cura e attenzione. Questa famiglia ha avuto un ruolo importante nel farmi ambientare con serenità e positività in un nuovo Paese. Sono davvero grata per il loro calore e la loro generosità , e porterò con me un ricordo molto bello di questa settimana. Jame e il marito Tony sono stati molto ospitali, il primo gg abbiamo visitato insieme alle loro nipoti il castello di Nottingham. La loro cucina era molto buona. Quando tronavo dal lavoro passavo molto tempo con loro a parlare (sport, hobby, ecc). Mi sono trovato a mio agio, mi hanno accudito come se fossi stato un loro nipote
