In short, despite being a group departure, each student chooses their own program, becoming a sum of individual plans, with the guarantee of full immersion and the absence of other co-nationals/ speakers of the same language both in the School house and at the workplace, or to share as desired.

SCHOOL GROUPS

We have always organised groups for high schools (list of participating high schools), but they are only open to students of that school.

If your school does not have a group this year, or if the dates do not suit you, yuo wish to go twice (with the school and again with our groups), stay longer, or if you wish to travel with family or friends not from your school, you can join one of our accompanied groups open to everyone:

14 - 15 YEARS OF AGE - TRAVEL BUDDY?

Students aged 14 and 15 must travel accompanied by an adult travelling with them both ways.

We recommend students in this age group share the room/School House with a school friend as a buddy. The experience is also available individually, for under 16 year old students we require an individual meeting with student and parents to confirm the possibility of having this experience without any other Italian travel buddy (individual lessons, activities or sports).

How to find a School House for two to share

OVER 16

Anyone 16 or older, including adults of any age, can choose to with accompanied group, individually, or even just partially: 

• Travel in the group;
• Arrive with the accompanied group and return alone;
• Outbound alone and return with the group;
• Travel entirely independently.

PRICES 

Prices vary depending on School House and services chosen, if shared and the nuber of students sharing. Try our Price calculator to estimate costs. Here under some examples:

School House lessons (morning conversation sessions) and extra afternoon activities shared by 2 students in these examples:

• 1 week full time work experience (over 16) = £710 (£190 registration + £280 first payment + £240 last payment)
• 1 week lessons (20 hours) + sports = £860 (£190 registration + £280 first payment + £390 last payment + £50 membership)
• 2 weeks lessons (30 hours) + activities = £1780 (£190 registration + £560 first payment + £1030 last payment)
• 3 weeks part time work  (over 16) + lessons (20 hours) = £2050 (£190 registration + £840 first payment + £1020 last payment)

Individual experience - individual conversation sessions and activities - we guarantee no other sam eanguage speaker!

• 1 part time work week  (over 16)  + individual lessons = £1160 (£190 registration + £280 first payment + £690 last payment)
• 2 weeks individual lessons + sports = £1450 (£190 registration + £560 first payment  + £680 last payment + £50 membership)
• 2 weeks lessons (20 hours)  + sports = £1480 (£190 registration  + £560 first payment  + £680 last payment + £50 membership)
• 3 weeks full-time work experience (over 16) = £1750 (£190 registration  + £840 first payment  + £720 last payment)

Transport costs not included (weekly bus pass ~£13 per week). Flight prices vary. Check via incognito. Group tickets slightly higher (based on last ticket purchased).

Purchasing via partner agency: €50 fee covering:

• Complete ticketing service
• Mandatory ticket association for under-16 travellers
• Administrative handling
• Travel insurance
